Festival Booking facilitate the sale of tickets to events listed. We do not actually run or maintain the events themselves. If you have any questions of that nature please direct them to your point of contact at your chosen event(s).

How do I book my place at an event?
If you're lucky enough to already have an account with Festival Booking then all you need to do is log in, enter your email address and your password and click the LOG IN button. From the side bar that appears on the left side of the screen. Click the event you are interested in and then scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the ticket(s) you want.
Alternatively if you do not have an account with Festival Booking you will need to register with our website first before we can allow you to book your chosen ticket(s).
I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
Not a problem. Visit the password reset screen. Submit the email address you used to register with us and click the 'SEND PASSWORD RESET LINK'. After a few minutes an email will arrive in your inbox (if it doesn't please check your spam folder) with the subject line 'Your Password Reset Link'. Click on the button inviting you to reset your password. Now check that the correct email is visible in the email address box and create your new password. Click the REST PASSWORD button. You're all good to go.
Where are my tickets?
Tickets can be either digital/printed or both. To find them please log in and check your DASHBOARD screen by clicking on the MY BOOKINGS link. In all instances it is advisable to check with your event organiser what is required before you attend your chosen event. Some events may ask you to display your Festival Booking Ticket in your windscreen whereas others may ask for evidence/confirmation of your booking from you on the day.
I can't attend my event. What do I do?
Festival Booking will not process any refund so it is advisable to get in contact with your chosen event and inform them of any change in your circumstances. Once they confirm your non-attendance they will initiate any refund.
